Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.

4. No Guarantee of 100% Results

However, we do not guarantee 100% specific results. Digital marketing, AI systems, SEO, and marketplace performance depend on many external factors such as:

• Market conditions

5. Project Ownership

Ownership depends on the type of service:

• If the client purchases development services (such as website or software development), full ownership is transferred after complete payment.

• If the client hires us for ongoing management services (such as marketing, marketplace management, or YouTube automation), Sevolation will manage and control systems as agreed in the contract.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide clear project requirements

• Provide necessary content, access, and information on time

• Communicate changes clearly

Project delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Sevolation reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We respect client data and do not share confidential information without permission.

8. Website Usage

Users are not allowed to:

• Create accounts

• Upload content

• Post comments

Unauthorized use of this website is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sevolation is not responsible for:

• Loss of profits

• Platform account suspensions

• Third-party service failures

• Market losses
